We watch these sources continuously and match each one back to the employer, so you can start the conversation while your competitors are still waiting for the advert.

How far ahead do the signals reach?

It depends on the signal. A funding round or an announced expansion usually points at hiring over the following months, and plenty of them say so outright in the announcement. A contract win tends to land a few weeks before the roles appear, and a planning permission can be much further out again. The earlier the signal, the less certain the hire, so we score every one on timing and confidence rather than treating them all the same.
